to.do for Albums

o CVS for both published and draft directories clearly doesn't work well.  My
  inclination would be to take the published directory tree *out* of CVS.  

  svk or git aren't needed because we're not doing any editing on the
  website. 

o an alternative would be to upload directly out of /mm/steve, using symlinks
  from the parent web directory (or directories).

o mark all the published files read-only to prevent mistaken edits.
